Meanwhile, back on planet Earth
*crawls to PC*
AAAAA…
That’s it, i’m staying in the civilized world for a bit.
Having no real access to internet gives me the heebie-jeebies…
When did I get so hooked?
It’s weird realizing i’m lost without my TV shows, mail and Google..!
While swapping trains we noticed this pretty old one smoking up the dome:

Belgium is pretty much known for its medieval ways… and the people here know it.
You know, castles, paths made up of giant stones that you break your neck on when trying to walk in heels, beer, fries and chocolate.
All that classy stuff! ![]()
There’s enough exhibitions throughout the year to remind you of just how romantically robust this place can be.
I love it though, and you even notice it in the Antwerp train station:

Let me know if you’d maybe like to see some close-ups of this no doubt wildy fasciniating pea-size city!
I’m happy to be back!!!

the pictures are really nice! Did you take them yourself? I’m a little into photography, that’s why I’m so interested lol
Noo I didn’t make them myself, I wish hehe. Found them all over the internet.
Ah, the famous station of antwerp! Where they once danced in.
They danced in it?
It is pretty f-ing awesome!
Whuuuut a flash mob in Antwerp? xD didn’t expect that at all!
The antwerp train station looks great … is there a heart on the loco?
Yeahh it’s a heart
it made me happy with the people holding hands in front of it too..
Wow! Gorgeous photos!! I love your words, “romantically robust”. Nice post!
LOL thanks! That’s a great compliment, I was looking for the right description for a bit haha!
Insist we see more of your locale! Looks stunning.
Definitely will do! Thanks. It’s a love/hate relationship with this country.
sometimes i’m fed up with all the big grey rocks but then..
I definitely want to see more.
I’ll take pics!
Actually I find that the Antwerp station looks really pretty in those pictures, but I always forget to look properly when I’m there I guess…
That first picture is awesome, hope to see one like that as well ^^
Yeah! I mostly took it for granted as well ( maybe because it’s always so busy and crowded). On those pictures it’s so empty and pretty huh
Pee sized? Hmmm. What a beautiful set of photos, so ornate! Great snaps!!
Holy crap. Thanks for the pointer hahah.. And I wish I could take credit for the last set of pictures but I found them scattered on the web, i’ll make a post in the future with homemade ones though. Tourist in my own town huh
I bet you feel like that a lot
Well they are nice pics anyway. What Pointer are you talking about, sorry if I offended you….
Pee-sized!! O_O
I meant no insult, sorry.
And i’m not offended at all John, thanks if anything. xD

Ohh Steampunk is great!! You’re into so many things Paula, i’m sure you keep surprising people around you
